1. Shipping Coverage & Serviceable Areas

  • We currently offer delivery across selected serviceable locations within India.

  • Delivery availability depends on courier partner reach and local logistics conditions.

  • Some remote or non-serviceable areas may not be eligible for delivery.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Charges may vary based on:

    • Delivery location

    • Order size and weight

    • Product type (perishable or non-perishable)

  • Any changes in shipping charges will be communicated before order confirmation.

4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery timelines range between 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, natural events, or courier delays may impact delivery time.

5. Delivery Process & Confirmation

  • Orders are shipped via third-party logistics and courier partners.

  • Once dispatched, customers may receive tracking details via email or SMS.

  • Delivery confirmation is completed upon successful handover of the package at the provided address.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • While we strive for timely delivery, delays beyond our control may occur.

  • If delivery is delayed significantly, customers may contact our support team for assistance.

  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect details may result in re-delivery charges or order cancellation.

7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments

Customers are requested to:

  • Inspect the package at the time of delivery

  • Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery

Claims must be supported with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos/videos of the package and product

  • Brief description of the issue

Resolution will be provided as per our Refund & Replacement Policy.

8. Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.

  • Sharda Organic is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • Any additional costs due to address errors may be borne by the customer.

9. Third-Party Courier Responsibility

  • Deliveries are handled by independent courier partners.

  • Once an order is handed over for shipping, responsibility for transit lies with the courier.

  • We will assist customers in coordinating with courier partners where required.

10. Perishable Goods Handling

  • Certain products are perishable in nature.

  • Customers must ensure availability to receive delivery on the scheduled date.

  • Delays in acceptance or refusal of delivery for perishable goods may affect eligibility for refunds or replacements.

  • Proper storage instructions must be followed upon delivery.

11. Refusal to Accept Delivery

  • Refusal to accept delivery without valid reason may result in:

    • Deduction of shipping charges

    • Reduced or no refund eligibility

  • Refunds in such cases are subject to evaluation as per our Refund Policy.

12. International Shipping

  • Currently, international shipping is not available.

  • We deliver only within India.
